Our company has implemented a refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to obtain a refund within 7 days of your purchase, we will be happy to assist you. To initiate the refund process, kindly reach out to us using our contact form. Please note that returning the product is not necessary, and you will not incur any return charges. Once we receive your refund request, we will promptly deactivate the software key and process the refund within 48-72 hours using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

In addition to our refund policy, we offer a 12-month guarantee for all our products. During this period, if any product you receive is damaged or malfunctions due to a fault on the part of the producer, we will replace the product or provide a refund. Furthermore, if we are unable to deliver your product for any reason, we will issue a full refund. In the case of receiving an incorrect product or an inactive key code, you have the option to request a refund or a replacement. Should you encounter difficulties activating your key code within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us, and we will arrange a refund or a replacement accordingly.

If you experience any issues with your purchased product, we urge you to promptly contact us with a detailed description of the problem, along with supporting screenshots or photos. Our technical support team will be readily available to assist you throughout the installation and activation process. In the unlikely event that our support staff is unable to resolve the issue, you will be eligible for a refund.
